Mechanical system
Direct acting, mechanical, valves ensure immediate reaction to a problem. Easily understood by Diesel Mechanics. Knowledge brings trust . . . the system is installed and left to do its work.
Sealed fuel line valve
The patented system ensures fully sealed, lubricated valves that, combined with special "O" rings ensure long, trouble free, service life.
No fuel restriction
Large bore valves ensure the engine will develop full power at all times.
Metal Temperature Heat Sensor
This monitors the actual temperature of the engine. Coolant condition is not important. If the efficiency of the cooling system drops, regardless of the reason, the LubriVENT will react to the increasing temperature of the cylinder head and shut the motor at a pre- determined temperature.
Fully Mechanical
Ideal in harsh environments e.g. Construction and mining. Not effected by high pressure washers and corrosion.
Installation and Bolt-on kits
The LubriVENT can be installed by any competent Diesel Mechanic. Bolt-on kits are available for most popular engines and are covered by full parts drawings and components list. An on-site fitting service is available for those who prefer to have the systems fitted.
Built-in Test Unit
An important tool for mechanics who need, at times, to determine why the engine won't run, or runs badly. The LubriVENT incorporates an easy-to-operate test procedure.
Reliable Operation
Extensive Dynamometer and on-road testing has resulted in systems that work for you. No premature shut-downs. Difficult for drivers to over-ride on the road.
No Hard Starting
LubriVENT will not affect normal vehicle start-up procedures. It does not require by-pass solenoid valves to assist start up.
